Managing Projects
Click Projects in the Workspace sidebar to see every design you own, laid out as a table — not just the recent slice shown on Home.
Finding a project
- Search by name.
- Filter by Template (the source template a design was started from, or "Custom" if it wasn't), Source (the type of live data connection it uses — Sheets, REST, Live, or Manual — or blank if none), or Mode (HTML5 or GDL).
- All / Favorites tabs above the filters switch between everything and just your favorited designs.
Each row shows its preview thumbnail, name and canvas dimensions, source template, data source, mode, and both its Created and Modified dates — Modified reflects the last time you actually saved it, not when it was first created. Hovering a row also reveals quick actions, including its Control panel and output link — see Working with a project below.
The list loads a page at a time — click Load more at the bottom to fetch further results. Search and filters only apply to graphics that have already loaded, so if you're looking for something older, load more first.
Working with a project
Click anywhere on a row to open it in the editor. The heart next to a project's name toggles it as a favorite — click to add or remove.
Hovering a row reveals a few more actions on the right:
- Control panel (sliders icon) — opens that design's Control app in a new tab, without having to open the design first.
- Copy output link — copies the design's public playout URL to your clipboard, ready to paste into OBS, vMix, or any other browser-source field.
- Duplicate — creates a copy of the design.
- Delete — removes just this design, after a confirmation prompt.
A checkbox also appears on hover (or stays visible once checked) for multi-select.
Bulk actions
Check the box on one or more rows, or use the header checkbox to select every currently-filtered row, then use Delete selected to remove them all at once.
Both single and bulk deletes ask you to confirm first and can't be undone once confirmed — double-check your selection before clicking Delete.
The side panel
Next to the table:
- Data sources lists every live data connection across your designs, with a link to the design it's attached to.
- This period's usage shows your render minutes, storage, and API calls against your plan's caps, with a link to Billing for the full picture.
Creating a new project from here
If you have no projects yet, the empty state includes a New graphic button, opening the same new-project dialog available from Home.
If a search or filter simply matches nothing, you'll see a message inviting you to adjust your search or filters instead — not a create option.
