Basketball Scorebug · Floodlight
A single-line basketball scorebug for the bottom of the screen, in the Floodlight look: each team's colour bar, logo, code and score on an indigo line, a clock block with the period and countdown game clock, and the shot clock in its own amber box that turns red under five seconds. A dark strip attached underneath shows each team's fouls, timeouts left and BONUS flag, with the game title between them. A made three flares across its team's block, with a +3, the shooter's name and the shot kind in one chip above it.
One line, read left to right
Team, score, team, score, then the clock block and the shot clock. Everything a viewer checks sits on one line at the bottom of the frame, clear of the action at the top. Team colour is a thin bar, so the line stays calm over any court.
The strip carries what is read less often
Team fouls, timeouts left and the bonus sit in a dark strip attached under the line, each under its own team and in the same order on both sides. The game title sits between them. The fouls number is dim at zero, amber while it counts and red on the foul that puts the other side in the bonus.
The shot clock is its own box
The shot clock has its own amber box at the end of the line and turns red under five seconds, the way a broadcast flags it. In a game with no shot clock the box is transparent (shotClockPlate), so no empty box is left on screen.
A three gets one chip, and only a three
For a few seconds after a made three, the scoring team's block is washed in its colour and one chip rises above that block: a lime +3, the shooter's name and 3-POINTER. They are shown by data (home.flare, away.flare), so nothing needs cueing, and they leave on their own.
One graphic for games and for standalone use
Every value comes from the game when there is one; the Control App hides those fields. With no game, the same objects are the controls where it makes sense, so there is no second template to keep.
