CloudMonet is a browser-based tool for designing and animating professional on-screen graphics for broadcast, streaming, and live events. Build lower thirds, tickers, scoreboards, countdowns, and more — then publish them instantly as a live URL or export them as a broadcast-ready package. No software to install.
CloudMonet is built for on-screen graphics used in broadcast, streaming, and live production — including lower thirds and name supers, news and sports tickers, scoreboards and match clocks, countdown timers, animated logo bugs, and fullscreen titles.
Yes — CloudMonet has a real Free tier (full editor, state machine, live data binding, no watermark needed to evaluate it). Paid plans start at $19.99/mo for solo creators, scaling up to $79.99/mo for teams that need GDL/Amagi CLOUDPORT-NG export. Bring a Sheets link and a logo — you'll be on air before lunch.
No. CloudMonet runs entirely in your browser. As long as you have a modern browser and an internet connection, you can design, animate, and publish graphics from anywhere.
CloudMonet publishes HTML5 graphics that work with any HTML5-compatible playout system. This includes OBS Studio (add as a Browser Source), vMix (add as a Web Browser input), and most professional broadcast playout systems. If your software supports a browser or web input, CloudMonet will work with it.
CloudMonet works in any modern browser. We recommend the latest version of Chrome or Edge for the best performance, particularly when working with complex animations.
CloudMonet supports 320×240 (240 LD), 480×360 (360 LD), 640×480 (480 SD), 1280×720 (720 HD), 1920×1080 (1080 Full HD), and 3840×2160 (4K Ultra HD). Most modern broadcast and streaming workflows use 1080 Full HD.
Yes. Upload PNG, JPG, JPEG, SVG, WebP, and GIF files directly from the canvas. Assets are saved to your library and available across all your designs.
HTML5 projects are published to a live URL that plays in any browser — perfect for use as a browser source in OBS, vMix, or any compatible software. GDL projects are exported as a ZIP package for broadcast playout systems that ingest GDL format. If you're streaming or using browser source-compatible software, choose HTML5. If you're delivering to a dedicated broadcast playout system, choose GDL.
Choose HTML5 if you're streaming, using OBS, vMix, or any broadcast software with browser source support, or want to share a live preview URL. Choose GDL if you're delivering to a dedicated broadcast playout system that requires a GDL package. Not sure? Start with HTML5 — it's easier to preview and test.
Not currently. The project type is set at creation and cannot be changed. If you need both formats, create two separate projects — the design work is identical, only the output differs.
Publish your design in CloudMonet and copy the public URL. In OBS, add a Browser Source and paste the URL, setting the width and height to match your canvas size. In vMix, add a Web Browser input and paste the URL. The graphic will appear in your production output at full quality.
Yes. Once published, the public URL can be opened in any browser — no CloudMonet account needed. Share the link and your client can view the animated graphic exactly as it will appear on screen.
No. The public URL is permanent. When you republish after making changes, the same URL automatically serves the updated version. There's nothing to update in your broadcast software or reshare with your team.
CloudMonet keeps a local auto-save every 60 seconds. If your session ends unexpectedly, you'll be offered the option to restore your unsaved changes the next time you open the design on the same browser and machine. To make sure your work is available across devices, use the Save button to explicitly save to the cloud.
