By accessing or using CloudMonet at cloudmonet.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Beta service

CloudMonet is currently in active beta. The service is provided free of charge during this period. Beta software may contain bugs, experience downtime, or change significantly. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability during the beta phase.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@cloudmonet.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use CloudMonet to:

• Create or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
• Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute CloudMonet's code or proprietary content without permission

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the designs, images, and content you create and upload in CloudMonet. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your work and will not use it for any other purpose.

6. Intellectual property

CloudMonet, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of CloudMonet. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

CloudMonet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use of the service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CloudMonet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including loss of data or loss of business.

9. Changes to the service and terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service, or update these terms, at any time. We'll update the "Last updated" date when changes are made. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
