Soccer Goal Alert · Floodlight
A lower-third that announces the latest goal the moment it is scored: the scorer in large type, the minute, the scoring side's crest and colour, and the score after the goal, on a deep indigo plate.
The scorer is the headline
The name is the largest type on the plate and the minute, in lime, is the second. Everything else is quiet, so the alert reads in the two seconds it needs to and is still legible over a moving picture.
A lower-third, not a card
The plate sits in the bottom band, clear of a scorebug in the top corner, and is 96% opaque, so the pitch stays visible around it and the alert can go over live play.
The scoring side wears its own colour and crest
The tab on the left edge and the crest follow the side the goal counted for (lastGoal.color, lastGoal.logo), so the alert needs no labelling to say who scored. An own goal shows the side it counted for, marked og, as the Goals graphic does. A side with no crest leaves the slot empty.
The score after the goal sits beside the minute
The scoreline is small and right-aligned under the minute, so the alert answers who, when and what the score is in one glance without competing with the name.
Cued by the operator, fed by the match
State mode: IN on cue, hold, OUT on cue. The goal itself is not typed; the alert follows the last goal the scorer recorded.
